Welcome to GuildPortal Support, and thank you for choosing us as your guild's home on the web! Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, and we will route it to the appropriate person. The first  to see your ticket will usually be Sandy, and if it requires a software change, it will be forwarded to Aaron.

Support tickets are reviewed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If you are requesting help with a feature, you will receive a response. If you are reporting a problem, your ticket will be forwarded to development and we will fix the problem. It is possible you will be contacted only if we need more detail.

If your issue is related to custom code you have placed on your site (JavaScript, custom HTML, XML/XSL, custom CSS, etc.), your best bet is probably the GuildPortal Admin Community.
